Online or Hybrid Coaching
Online Coaching is a new and exciting way for me to offer my clients what they need, when they need it, without the limitations of time. My clients are able to train when it is suitable for them, while getting the guidance of a professional fitness coach at their finger tips.
Hybrid Coaching is a perfect blend of in-person training and online coaching. This provides flexibility to clients that have tight schedules.
Videos and pictures on how to perform exercises are provided for guidance. Clients are held accountable through constant communication.
